Traffic Plan is a regional leader in traffic control and safety services across the Mid-Atlantic. Their existing website had grown outdated, slow, and difficult to manage internally. I was brought in to redesign and rebuild the site to create a cleaner, faster, and more intuitive experience for both visitors and the client’s internal team.
Using Kadence Pro and Elementor Pro, I developed a flexible WordPress framework that balanced modern design with real-world functionality. The new site showcases Traffic Plan’s full range of services—construction support, safety operations, and workforce employment opportunities—through a simplified, mobile-friendly layout with strong calls to action.
Every page was optimized for performance and accessibility, featuring WEBP image conversion, SEO structure enhancements, and streamlined navigation for faster load times and better usability. I also implemented schema-friendly metadata and RankMath optimization to strengthen search visibility in regional service areas.
The final result was a reliable, maintainable website that reflects Traffic Plan’s commitment to professionalism and safety while dramatically improving speed, SEO readiness, and content management ease.
